Data in the game

Luma Grove works offline. We do not collect or transmit personal data, gameplay data, health information or device identifiers. There are no accounts, ads, tracking, analytics, purchases or third-party services in the game.

Saved on this iPhone

Only your language, sound, haptics, effects, hints, control preferences and completed-garden count are saved on this device. We cannot access them. Your current chapter is not saved after the app closes.

Storage and deletion

To remove local data, go to iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Luma Grove → Delete App. Offloading the app keeps its data. Apple device backups may retain a copy according to your backup settings.

Children and families

The game does not ask for a name, age, email address or other personal information. A parent or guardian should contact support for a child. Luma Grove is entertainment; it does not diagnose or treat ADHD and has not been clinically evaluated.

Support

An adult can email games@lakevalley.us for help or privacy requests. Include the app version and a description of the issue. Please do not send information about a child's health, passwords or other sensitive details. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond, and retain correspondence while needed to resolve and follow up on your request, or as required by law. You may request deletion using the same address.

Website and Apple services

Our support website has no ads, analytics scripts or contact forms. Its hosting provider processes ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and secure the pages. Apple separately operates the App Store, TestFlight, device backups and optional diagnostic sharing under Apple's privacy policy. These are not analytics services embedded in Luma Grove.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this policy and its date. LAKE VALLEY LLC is responsible for Luma Grove and this policy.
